No cookie cutter recipe will work for everyone.  If you are looking for meditation/hypnosis recipes, they may work for a time but will probably ultimately fail.  Meditation and hypnosis are ultimately about the mind, so no matter how good a visual aid you have, it will eventually lose its appeal.

No, it is not easy.  Meditation is the stripping away of all that might be a distraction and surrendering to simply be.  This idea of simply being is difficult.  It took me nearly 3 years to actually reach a meditative state myself.  I now meditate 3 times a day for at least 30 minutes.

I started my meditative practice with the goal that bettering myself would then ultimately benefit my loved ones.

There is never a wrong time to begin your own personal meditative journey.  Be sure how you choose to meditate or who voices your guided hypnosis sessions; make sure it’s a perfect fit.  In the end, this is your mind.  This is your choice.  Do not let fads or trends dictate who gets inside that head of yours – it’s not cookie-cutter either.
