Though I am posting this on Thursday, dang it. It may still be new to some of you. This was premiered yesterday on my youtube channel. “Monkey Mind” is more a meditative file than hypnotic but you may experience a light trance. The monkey mind is the mind that won’t quit; thinks all the time, won’t seem to quiet down even when we want it to, may lead to insomnia or depressive episodes. We have also experienced having monkey mind at some point. It’s not my job to cure your monkey mind but to give you the tools so that you may do it yourself. Deep breathing.
