107.  Today’s image is quite slow and methodical.  Take a moment for yourself.  You deserve it.  Calm the chaos.  Take nice, deep, slow breaths.  Inhale through your nose to 4 and hold it to the count of 4.  Exhale through your mouth to 4.  Repeat.  It is lovely to be able to take time for yourself and re-energize! xox
