#MomentOfTrance – 14

A simple appearing sphere..
Yet inside it bursts forth with flowers.
Take a deep breath in through your nose to the count of 4.
Hold it to the count of 4.
Exhale through pursed lips to the count of 4.
Repeat this 4 times. With each exhale as ‘one’, ‘two’, ‘three’ and ‘four’.
Watch the image and relax.
Unclench your jaws and the muscles in your face, around your ears, at your temples and eyes.
Shrug your shoulders and when you release, relax your neck and your shoulders, arms, hands and fingers.
With the next breath relax your chest and diaphragm, abdomen and groin.
Relax your thighs, knees, calves, ankles, feet and toes.
You deserve this.
This moment of relaxation.
You deserve this for as long as the moment lasts for you.
