Depending upon your perspective..
You might be climbing a never-ending wall..
With each step, getting closer to the top..
Where the bright light beckons you.
Trekking upward or just watching,
the slow pace is nonetheless relaxing.
Relaxing to watch.
Unclench your jaws.
Relax your shoulders.
Let the tension go, just let it go.
Take a deep breath in and hold it.
Then let go with a full exhale.
And with it, the last bit of tension
you are holding on to.
